Andrew Apedoe - President & Founder

Andrew possesses experience in providing business analysis, financial analysis, due diligence, valuations and capital markets expertise. Andrew currently lectures on finance and investment for the continuing education department of the Calgary Board of Education, Chinook College. Andrew previously held the position of Director, Mergers and Acquisitions with a NASDAQ listed information technology firm. Prior to this, Andrew provided Corporate Finance consulting services to energy companies, was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Group of a leading Investment Dealer, and acted as a Business Valuation Analyst and Advisor to firms while employed by one of top 8 accounting firms in Canada. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary. He has obtained his Canadian Securities Course (CSC) certification with honours and has successfully completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.

Dr David Bruce Grant - Business Advisor
 

Dr Grant is a graduate of the Universities of Calgary (BComm, MBA) and Edinburgh (MSc by Research, PhD), and is currently a Lecturer in Logistics in the Logistics Research Centre at Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. His doctoral thesis investigated customer service, customer satisfaction and service quality in logistics of the UK food processing industry. His research interests are in the areas of business logistics, supply chain management, customer service and satisfaction, and services marketing. Prior to joining Heriot-Watt University, Dr Grant lectured at the Universities of Calgary, Edinburgh and Lethbridge. His other business experiences include corporate banking, retailing, and technical design. He has also provided financial and marketing consulting and seminar facilitation for many business clients in western Canada and the United States. Dr Grant's work has been published in several journals including International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management and Event Management, an International Journal, and conference proceedings for the Logistics Research Network, the Nordisk Forskning i Materialadministration (NOFOMA), the Academy of Marketing, and the British Academy of Management.
