Confidentiality & Data Protection Standards

Xito Capital Partners Ltd. ("Xito Capital") and its affiliated advisory networks, including Unity Global Financial, operate under strict institutional confidentiality protocols. All financial statements, operational ledgers, tax carry-forward metrics, corporate valuations, and personal identity credentials submitted through this platform are protected under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

1. Scope of Information Collection

We collect non-public corporate data and personal financial records strictly to perform institutional underwriting risk assessments, financial diagnostics, and preliminary Quality of Earnings checks. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Normalized EBITDA metrics, trailing tax documents, and balance sheet accounts receivable ledgers.
• Corporate identity parameters, executive contact profiles, and third-party acquisition target details.
• Self-reported readiness-assessment responses submitted through our free Capital Readiness Score tool, and contact details supplied to receive results.

2. Absolute Restriction on Data Monetization

Xito Capital does not sell, lease, exchange, or rent client financial data, corporate briefs, or contact lists to any third-party marketing companies, consumer loan aggregators, or unauthorized financial networks.

3. Authorized Underwriting Information Sharing

To source alternative capital allocations, evaluate asset-backed structures, or confirm B-lending parameters, select financial metadata may be shared securely with authorized funding institutions, verified trust corporations, and direct capital pools (such as Unity Global Financial networks). All data sharing is conducted under strict, mutually executed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

4. Cryptographic Transmission & Data Erasure

All files uploaded to our secure intake interface are encrypted in transit using industry-standard secure socket protocols and stored within localized, secure corporate environments. Clients retain the right to request permanent erasure of their underwriting brief and associated financial documentation from our active servers at any stage prior to loan formalization.

5. Website Analytics

We use standard, privacy-conscious web analytics (Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage and improve this website. Analytics data is not linked to individual underwriting files, and no financial documents are ever transmitted to analytics providers.
